It is not new for Marathi actresses to try their luck with South Indian films. Earlier Shruti Marathe, Neha Pendse had done good number of films before returning to Marathi film industry. It is a phase of self exploration as an actress as well as getting to know different film industries in India. Vaibhavi Shandilya is the latest Marathi actress who is currently busy doing films down south.
Vaibhavi started her acting career with Marathi film Janiva in 2015. She had a small role of Shaheen (Love intrest of Bhagwan Dada) in 2016 film Ekk Albela. Thereafter she turned to south and doing a good number of films there.
Earlier this week Vaibhavi walked the ramp at 'Bangalore Fashion Week' as Show Stopper for Nirmooha by Prreeti Jaiin Nainutia's Collection 'Chanderi Lamhe With Khaadi'. She wore a Lehanga-Choli with Ancient Maharashtrian Designes.
Marathi Cineyug contacted her to know more details of her Projects down south. Providing all the details, Vaibhavi Said, "On 4th August my debut Kannada film 'Raj Vishnu' was released. It has got a great response from everywhere. Personally also I am receiving reviews from my fans and it's running successfully in theatres."
Talking about her upcoming films, She Said, "I am also making my debut film titled 'Next Nuvve' (Next You) in Telugu under the banner of V4Movies which is under the partnership of Geetha Arts, Studio Green Productions and UV creations. The makers are planning to release it during Dussera."
"Server Sundaram, my debut film in Tamil is also about to release this September 2017. My second Tamil film called as 'Sakka Podu Podu Raja' is under post production work. Planning to release somewhere near Diwali, which is under the banner of VTV productions." Vaibhavi concluded.
It is very proud that Vaibhavi is making her debut in Kannada, Tamil and Telugu films in 2017. Marathi Cineyug wish her luck with all her current and future projects as she grow as an actress and get the love and respect of her fans.
