Leading actor Sharad Kelkar who is best known for his fantastic commercial success with the Marathi film ‘Lai Bhari’ in which he essayed the main villain, Mohenjo Daro and the enigmatic ‘voice’ of 'Bahubali’ is all set to enthrall audiences yet again. This time around the super star will be seen playing the lead in the upcoming Marathi Mega feature "Raakshash" directed by Dnyanesh Zoting, a film inspired by Dnyanesh’s childhood experiences of visiting tribal areas.
The film has been written by the director the film along with Tanmayi Deo weaving his experiences beautifully in the film story. Speaking about the film Sharad Kelkar said "Raakshas is a one of a kind film and when I heard the script, I knew I had to be a part of this film. The role has been a challenging and exciting one and I am looking forward to the audiences and my fans enjoying this mega film on Feb 23 when it releases."

The first teaser poster of the film has already garnered instant attention and curiosity, making Raakshas one of the most anticipated films of 2018. The newly released second teaser poster has further raised curiosity levels in audiences and 23 February seems like a date to look forward to.
