When your film has such a metaphorical title as Bus Stop, the viewers expect a decent story which either revolve around the journey of life or choosing the right path. Neither the story of Bus Stop nor the characters justify the title. The clash of generations, love story, college life are all cliched and viewers has seen such things in so many films that the film itself becomes a joke to watch.
For a story, We have a group of 8 youngsters (These are the same stars we see on the poster sitting at a Bus Stop) studying MBA and staying in almost the same locality. Do they have any aim in life? don't know. They have all the fun in college, have parties, drink at night, but no goals in life. Their parents are of different varieties possible, rich, poor, strict, friendly and balanced. Then for the sake of forwarding the story their are difference of opinions and clashes between the two generations. What happens throuhout the 2 hours is all the cliched things.
The whole film is such a mess that it fails to justify a single character and its behaviour. Scenes happen, songs happen, but the real Bus Stop moment never arrives. Director has to take all the blame why he decided to write and direct such a film, which does not have any strong content. The characters are shabbily written and the acting of all actors is inconsistent. After watching them you might feel that they don't deserve another film after this debacle.
It is surprising that so called stars of our Marathi Industry does not have any sense of responsibility to choose right films for the sake of their careers. This Bus Stop (or Bus) can easily be missed.
