‘Sonal Productions’ produced, Advait Dadarkar directed ‘Don’t Worry Be Happy’ has bagged many awards at ‘28th Maharashtra Rajya Marathi Vyavsayik Natya Spardha’. Written by Mihir Rajda ‘Don’t Worry Be Happy’ has bagged the Best Play award here along with that the lead actors Spruha Joshi & Umesh Kamat have also been awarded the ‘Bronze Award' for lead performances respectively.

After completing the Marathi Serial Ka Re Durava on Zee Marathi, Maharashtra’s Favorite couple Jai-Aditi aka Suyash Tilak and Suruchi Adarkar turned to theatres for Marathi Play ‘Strawberry Lovechi Story’. The plays started with opening shows on 14 April 2016. Strawberry completed Silver Jubilee 25 shows recently at Zaverben Auditorium in Mumbai.

Director Chandrakant Kulkarni and writer Mahesh Elkunchwar’s Marathi Play ‘Wada Chirebandi’ (वाडा चिरेबंदी) received much appreciation and acclaim from the audience. Chandrakant Kulkarni is now coming up with the sequel of this famous play, titled ‘Magna Talyakathi’ (मग्न तळ्याकाठी). The play will open on stage on 14 May 2016 with shows at Mumbai.

Suyog Productions’ brand new play Pleasant Surprise is ready to open in theatres on 14 May 2016. Prajakta Mali and Saurabh Gokhale starrer Marathi play is written and directed by Pratap Phad. The opening show will be held on Saturday, 14 May 2016 at 4:30 pm at Gadakari Rangayatan, Thane.

Late P.L. Deshpande’s famous Marathi play ‘Ti Phulrani ‘ had found a special place in the hearts of Marathi drama lovers all these years. The play restarted with new team on 18 March 2016. Recently the play completed 25th Silver jubilee shows.
